He is Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an intermediate qualified from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. He has specialized in the fields of Corporate Accounting and Audit, Internal Audit, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Audit, Income Tax Audit/Advisory/Representation and GST Audit/Advisory and Representation. In addition to, he has sound knowledge and experience in Project Preparation in respect with capital financing. Also he has completed diploma in MSME Course to help small and mediam businesses to get all government benefits and incentives to scale up their business. He dad experience as a consultant in Ernst and Young LLP, Chennai in Corporate and International Taxation – Transfer Pricing.
She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has specialized in the fields of Corporate Accounting and Audit, Internal Audit, Income Tax Audit/Advisory/Representation and GST Audit/Advisory and Representation. She has a handful of experience working in corporates as a virtual CFO for nearly 5 years handling corporate finance, internal control, corporate taxation and export import finance.
