Mr. CA A. Shyamsaran is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2013, an Inter-Qualified Cost &
Management Accountant (CMA), and DISA (ICAI) qualified. He is also
an active member of Rotary International, contributing to professional
development initiatives and community leadership programs.
He brings over a decade of professional experience with a clear mission to
empower 500+ MSMEs and startup founders through strong financial literacy,
improved access to capital, and sustainable profitability.
He specializes in CFO Services, SME IPO advisory, and corporate funding & capital
raising, which constitute the core growth and investment advisory verticals
of the firm. His expertise lies in building investor-ready financial
systems, structuring capital raises, facilitating investor participation, and guiding
startups and MSMEs through funding, scaling, and listing journeys.
Prior to founding the firm, he gained extensive professional exposure with Ernst &
Young (EY), Chennai, where he handled complex assignments including international
taxation (Transfer Pricing), across multiple industries, strengthening his capabilities in
corporate finance, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
He also possesses deep experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Financial
Advisory, Audit, and Corporate Law matters, along with vast experience in
statutory bank branch audits of both public sector and private sector banks. His
DISA qualification further strengthens his expertise in systems,
controls, and technology-driven audit environments.
Having handled diversified assignments across sectors, he is widely recognized for his
practical, strategic, and compliance-driven approach, making him a trusted
advisor for businesses seeking growth, governance, and investor confidence.
Mrs. CA N. Geethanjali is a Chartered Accountant and member of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2017. She has built a
strong professional career with diversified experience in audit, corporate finance, and
strategic financial management.
She began her professional journey as an Audit Manager at P. N. Raghavendra Rao
& Co, where she worked for 9 months, gaining hands-on
experience in statutory audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting.
She later served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aravind Milk Foods Private
Limited from 2018 to 2022, where she played a key role in fund raising, tax
planning, financial planning, and strategic business decision-making.
Since 2022, she has been serving as a Partner in our firm
Shyamsaran & Associates, contributing significantly to the firm’s audit,
advisory, and financial consulting practices.
She possesses extensive audit experience across multiple sectors
including Banking, Food Industry, Poultry Industry, Transport Industry, and Power
Generation Companies. She has also successfully provided Virtual CFO
services to clients with turnover exceeding ?100 Crores, assisting them in
financial strategy, compliance structuring, and business growth planning.
Apart from her professional practice, she is actively involved in mentoring and
coaching CA and CMA students, contributing to the development of future finance
professionals.
She is widely recognized for her analytical approach, practical financial insights,
and commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.
